- Recording and processing of faults that are reported via our ticket system, by e-mail, telephone

- Planning, implementation and installation of new systems
- Supervision of new projects

- First professional experience as an IT service technician
- Sound technical understanding
- High customer and service orientation
- Very good communication and team skills
- Drivers licence class B
